Ms. Juliber has made major contributions in senior operating and corporate roles since 1988. She served most recently as Vice Chairman with responsibility for all of the Company's growth functions, including global marketing and business development, R&D, supply chain operations and Information Technology, as well as business operations in Latin America. Ms. Juliber was previously Chief Operating Officer overseeing all international operations from 2000 to 2003. From 1994 to 1997 she was President of Colgate North America, leading a business resurgence marked by market share increases, highly successful new products and increased profitability.

Upon her retirement, Ms. Juliber intends to devote additional time to her work in leadership, issues concerning the aging population, and women's advancement, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs and DuPont and a Trustee of Wellesley College.
